Failure In Life

It wasn't long ago,
a complete failure this life of mine.
And I did nothing but look and stare.
Always wondering how this all came to be,
how this life slipped away from me.
Lost sight of the important things
which coloured my grey past,
and kept me going on.
So I sat around and waited
for the day that never came.
Thought it could all change
if I just locked myself up inside.
Accompanied by that unnamed feeling,
loneliness was my part.
Ever waiting for someone
to come and find me here.
